resizing sequences without moving keyframes #61

Keyframes should aligned to the left when resizing the sequences from the right and vice versa.

        [  | |   |       ]<=
        [  | |   |            ]<=

      =>[  | |   |       ]
=>[        | |   |       ]

=> cursor, [ ] sequence, | keyframe

The shift-key-modifier could be used to make the scaling proportional, so that the relative position and distances between keyframes stays the same. The shift+alt-key-modifier could be used to proportionally rescale the sequence on both ends (could be implemented for scenes, too). this would mimic the behavior of industry standard image processing software.
