Give d2x v8 final a try.
Cios v8 and v9 have different ehci module, meaning that any hdd not supported
by v8 might be supported by v9 and viceversa.

Well,I tried d2x v8 today, it does not mount it, actually it freezes when
trying to initialize USB, then I have to turn off my Wii, and turn it on again
, because the reset button does not work when it happens.

Sorry to annoy you, I can run any software just fine, but it's kind of
annoying, to plug and unplug everytime I need to change it.

Sorry, I'm afraid you'll have to live with it.

Well, I wasn't actually looking for a fast fix or so, I just wanted the
developers to know about this, I'm a CS student, and I know, there's no magical
fix for it, and they earn nothing for doing that. But maybe , I'll get a new
revision someday, maybe not. Thanks for your help,

It's the Revision of the drive. I have two HDTB110XK3BA drives, one claims to
be Rev_0, the other claims to be Rev_0001, in the Device Instance Path.
The Rev_0 works greats, perfect connection every time. Rev_0001 has the same
issue described above.
See my thread for more detailed comparison information:

I'm using cIOS d2x v10 beta53 alt, but I also had v9 beta(r49), and v8 Final
with the Rev_0001 not functioning in the same fashion with poor synchronization.
