Outer scroll of the ControlWindow is affected by its ComboBoxes #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Inspect a component
2. Select from a certain ComboBox on the ControlWindow (usually on Styles)
3. Move the mouse pointer up and down the screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Scroll is made on the DataGrid without the user's action
