Inspection can be done to ReflexUtil's components - causes errors #3

To allow inspection of pop-ups, the contexMenu of the stage is applied to
ReflexUtil.

This is due the behavior of the PopUpManager, which adds its 'parent'
parameter is only for visual purposes and not making the pop-up its child.
