load unload load as2 Tweener to as3 site fails #69

we have a condition where we must load an as2 swf relying heavily on Tweener 
into an as3 shell. 
Upon load, all is fine, however, if we unload the as2 site and reload later 
(ie, user navs away and 
then returns), the Tweener breaks...it does not fire at all again...any 
thoughts?
