do we need unions and mouzas for the geolocation? #1

Bug Description

There are 63625 entries in the geolocations 63008 take up unions and mouzas, defined as loc type 4 and 5

To Reproduce

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error.

We need the unions, but we don't need the mouzas
