Description of feature needing documentation

Values for dead or sick animals are sometimes negative. According to https://github.com/road86/bahis-dash/issues/22 and @taifur-bau , these numbers should be put to 0.

@WaliZaman - what's the progress on this?

The data is now changed in that way, that negative numbers are counted as "0". The report itself is still existing. If this should not be the case, one needs to re-open this issue.
