Recently it is possible to build Chromium 64-bit on Windows.

It looks like you can build 64-bit version of CEF using branch 1547,
see instructions in comment 6 in the CEF `Issue 394`:

Added support for building CEF 64-bit on Windows in revision 27b90c808fb5. 
64bit package is available on PyPI and can be installed using pip. Other 
packages for download will be available in a few hours.
