Textarea ghosting when using placeholder until focus lost #1563

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Browse to webpage utilising textarea with placeholder attribute
2. Enter text in field over placeholder
3. remove focus from textarea field.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Placeholder text in control should disappear when typing commences.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win7 32bit CEF3 2171

Please provide any additional information below.

Placeholder text is persistent when typing in the control, when focus is 
removed from the control it acts as appropriate.

How does it behave in Google Chrome?

Behaves normally in most recent chrome browser.

@#2: What version of Chrome? Can you also try an equivalent version of CEF?

Was happening in CEF version 2171 with equivalent chrome version 39 being fine, 
also happens in the latest cefclient sample (2272) and works fine in chrome 
41.0.2272.76.
