flash transparent display bug

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start cefclient.exe, open this web page: http://tps.qq.com/act/a20150128dzhd/
2. flash in the middle part of the web page is completely black, see the 
uploaded captured image 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
open the web page in chrome or firefox, the flash display is all right

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CEF 3.2171.1979.0

Please provide any additional information below.
operation system info: Win7+64bit

PS: the NPAPI flash plugin version is 16.0.0.305
