config.xml gets erased when using micron character in a template #230

1. Create a template with a 'µ' character in the name (Windows - Alt-0181).
2. Close DIYLC (config file is fine).
3. Open DIYLC (config file is replaced with default - losing all 
customizations).

All my templates and settings - GONE!!!!

Using 3.26.0 on Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 - Java version: 1.7.0_21-b11
