Create a desktop monitoring tool for RoadRunner that supports all RPC methods. The tool should support the following features:

Worker statistics (http -> bytes read/written, errors, etc.) including all Prometheus data.
RPC methods (all) from all plugins.
Sending requests via RPC via gui interface.
Starting/stopping services.
Prometheus metrics graphs.
Multiply RR instances.

Tool might be written in Rust + https://iced.rs/ or WASM...
