[x] Resolves #9 by migrated package to support null safety
[x] Updated to latest native Roam SDK versions. Android v0.0.3 and iOS v0.0.7
[x] Changed tracking mode naming for REACTIVE to BALANCED
[x] Updated the Readme.md docs with latest quickstart guides
[x] In order to support Apple Silicon M1 Macs, we added arm64 to iOS simulator builds.
