Improve performance when rendering large pages #67

Describe the bug You can observe a clear performance degradation in rendering for the following two cases:

Page with many blocks
Page with many references to other pages
- I think there may also be load time impact here coming from number of resources required to load

It's not clear for the moment if they have the same root cause or different ones
