JPEG2000 orthophoto shown as black image (Windows Surface Tablet) #407

On my laptop I've prepared a project for IntraMaps Roam in which an orthophoto is used as background image. The orthophoto is a JPEG2000 image. The orthophoto is visualized correctly in the Roam Config Manager and also in Roam itself on my laptop.

When I copy all related data of this project to a Windows Surface tablet (Windows 10 Pro), all vector data is correctly visualized in both Roam as Roam config manager, but the orthophoto is returned as a black image. Opening the project in QGIS on the Windows Surface tablet visualizes the orthophoto correctly.

Does anyone have an idea why this goes wrong?

Sorry for extremely slow reply, if you are still interested can you provide a copy of the file for me to test locally?

I doubt I'll be able to easily reproduce it otherwise, not a problem I've seen before.

You can download such a JPEG2000 file through the open data platform of the Flemish Government (unfortunately only available in Dutch): https://download.agiv.be/Producten/Detail?id=1545&title=Orthofotomozaiek_middenschalig_winteropnamen_kleur_meest_recent_Vlaanderen_2017_02

If you click "Downloaden", it opens a pop-up. To have the same file as me, you can click on "Per provincie per gemeente", subsequently choose "Antwerpen" and then "OMWRGB17VL_13035.zip (483 MB)"

Thanks, I suspect it was something to do with this particular file as I had not seen the issue with other .JP2.

Will let you know when I've tested if I find any workaround, else we'll log as a bug.
