Merge rotation branch into master - Adds rotation support for map widget #425

Merge the rotation branch into master for 2.8 release.

Hi, I just downloaded "Roam 3 - Beta 2" and had a short look. I could start one of our Roam 2 Projects (created with 2.5.0dev-41f25eb) which is good. Unfortunately the "rotation for the map is not yet there and with the scale something seems wrong. Please see image.

It would be very handy to have the rotation as well in the latest releases, since our fieldengneers like this feature much.

Hello, Both problems are still there in 3.0.6 (see above images): (2) rotation for the map is not yet there and with the (1) scale something seems wrong.

Since we invested / donated in these two functionalities, we would really like to see both of them (after roughly waiting 2 years) in the actual version again. In production we still have to use the old version which have both functionalities, but this is more and more not usable anymore for preparation with QGIS 2.18

Any advance would really be welcome, Thanks
