The following is from the Toughpad reseller following their testing in relation to the issue in #429. Thought it worth reporting in case it is a software issue with Roam that can be amended.
Starting IntraMaps Roam in Full screen as normal;
When I start the camera via intramaps roam, the camera starts even though at times it pops up with an error. When I try to take an image the camera is zoomed in and there is no way to zoom out, hence poor quality of images. The zoom must be pre fixed in the software somewhere or the camera window needs to be resized. Is there a way to change this? See attached image
Starting IntraMaps Roam in Full screen as normal and changing it to minimized windows;
In this mode the camera works fine and it isn’t zoomed in.
Also if you switch the camera from rear to front, you notice the front camera is smooth and clear.
See attached image.
