It would be really nice if the man page for pssh mentioned PSSH_NODENUM #56

This variable is really handy but you don't find out about it (or any other 
pssh-related environment variables) unless you read the source.

Oops I meant to put that in as an enhancement, sorry.  It looks like I can't 
change it now.

Thanks for suggesting this--I have now added information about PSSH_NODENUM to 
the man page.

I'm less inclined to add information about the environment variables that are 
read by pssh, since I believe that people are best served by using the 
command-line options instead.
