Making PDF's available? #17

Hi,

I wonder what's the potential for PDF's and/or other text files to be uploadable and then be served up? I'm thinking Nautical Almanac docs in particular but then could be anything useful or not.

Should be easy and a good idea. Upload + display of any sort of doc is fairly std web stuff. I am very short of time but it someone wants to do this I can provide guidance.
