freeboard on a tablet #22

Now that I have the charts working I can comment on a couple of other issues.

Early on, it was impossible to move the Wind, Log and Depth instruments around on the page when they overlayed the charts. That problem has disappeared, probably with the newest version of ZKoss. If you touch the "window title" of the instrument and drag, it moves. That is a big help to me - I like to see everything on the same screen.

The only residual problem is that the Log window does not display on the tablet but works just fine on my laptop. I have just started to scratch my head about that

What sort of tablet? I can see both wind and log, but cant drag either on an Android 4.5(?) Nextbook 8". But its a very cheap testing tablet (in case it goes swimming!). Has some touch issues when on charge too. Using chrome

I have 3 tablets aboard.

I have tried an IPad, Nexus7 Android Ver 5.1.1 and a Trio running Android 4.4.2.

The results are quite consistent. I can see the wind and depth instruments but the log does not appear (it does show up on my laptop). On all 3 tablets, I can move the instrument display by touching the instrument display title and then dragging it.

I should also mention that I am using Chome on all 3 tabets. I will report back on Firefox.
