add location info for nomadic classes #14

Some classes (4C, 4D, 4F, 4L) don't have their own classroom, but move around according to a weekly schedule which is fixed for the academic year. In addition, 2L's room is not usable, so they also move, but not on a fixed schedule; don't tackle that for this issue.

I have released a fix that adds "ubicazione" tables in orario-classi.html. The validator doesn't accept width on TR, TD, TH; but the page looks OK.

I have released ubi-cl2l.html, which contains only the location for 2L, so as to simplify updating. There is a link to it from orario-classi.html.
