Define the release process #6

Currently I develop on RVN71 Zalman in C:\Users\Rob\Google Drive\data\02019\rvn\htdocs using Atom, and view file:///C:.../data/02019/rvn/htdocs/index.html in Chrome.

For testing, I use https://app.infinityfree.net/login to release to http://r625.rf.gd/

For production, https://managehosting.aruba.it/AreaUtenti.asp?Lang=EN to https://www.lggsi.it/.

I keep track of what is live in C:...\data\it\lggsi. But this is a very manual process, copying to aruba and also to it\lggsi. Today I added a datestamp to each page (and styles.css comment), also manually.
