Fix a few small bugs with using EXT commands with Robomaster TT:

hardware? query needs a response_parser
checking for hardware version needs to use enum value, not the enum itself
when setting the matrix LED, the ok responses are matrix ok, instead of ok - so allow that response in addition to ok
