ColorPanel shared between windows can cause crash #130

Seashore uses the "shared" color panel. The shared panel is also used by various effects and filters (e.g. Monochrome). When the color is changed for a window - it is also changing it for the effect in a different window.

I believe when a window is closed, the shared panel can become confused and send and event to a non existing window causing a crash.

This should be fixed in 3.9 since e all colors are chosen via a color well.
