add ability to input a 'glyph' in the text tool #190

A glyph menu makes entering special characters easier.

Note though, that you can use the keyboard menu control to enter in emoji's and other special characters. See attached screenshots.

There is an 'Emoji & Symbols' under the 'Edit' menu. You can also use 'Characters...' in the Font drop down menu. See screenshot.
