ability to read latest GIMP files #89

Seashore can't open the latest 2.10? GIMP files.

fixed in 2.4.16 - at least mostly. The basic features will work, some advanced compositing types aren't supported. Layer masks get converted to an alpha channel.

The basic problem was that XCF file version 11 starting using 64 bit offsets.
