Support for zotero standalone #28

Could you add support for Zotero standalone?

Hi jskvbinmv, unfortunately, I have very limited time to work on Dontprint right now and porting it to a Google Chrome extension has higher priority for me, since I think this will have a much larger reach. However, I would be happy to help you with any questions regarding the source code of Dontprint if you feel confident to write an extension for Zotero standalone yourself.

Hello Rob, thanks for all the good work. It just works! Any chance you would consider a Zotero plugin now given the new developments with Zotero 5.0?

Right now, using a browser to send to reader is a pain, because you have to be logged in to access the PDF to begin with. This will not be an issue if you have the file locally on Zotero.
