icon no longer appears in the file view page #26

Steps to Reproduce

Install the Chrome extension
Activate the Chrome extension
Select a .graphql file in the GitHub.com Web interface

Expected Behavior

The yEd icon should appear left of the Raw button at the top of the file contents.

Actual Behavior

There is no icon

Root Cause

The Dom has changed and the code can no longer find the html element to insert the icon
