Using this theme on Arch with VSCodium. I've installed the theme via the marketplace and also managed to give write permissions so I could enable the neon glow.
But somehow the sidebar on the left does not get colored properly. Maybe some permission errors (even tho I gave all access - at least I believe so).
EDIT (fixed it): Problem were orphaned workspace customization values from an older theme which have overwritten this themes' settings.
