after latest vscode update a couple things look different

i don't think this is intentional since it looks a bit wack,

after updating my vscode to the latest release, i noticed that a few things looked a bit off

1. the selection has a thick outline(?) or is it more boxy i don't know it looks different

2. the intellisense autocomplete thing is semi transparent

These updates are in response to many of the contrast issues users have reported in using the theme. I'll tweak things over time to find a balance, but these are intentional changes
