Disabled Extensions are not differentiated #201

The colouring of enabled and disabled extensions is same. The disabled ones should be of a noticeably dimmer tone.

Here, till Visual Studio IntelliCode, all of them are enabled by me and then next from Azure Account all are disabled. As clearly visible, only the developer's name is of a different colour tone.
