Enable glow effect not working on vscode insiders windows 10 #207

I follow the instructions:

Install theme
Open VScode(insiders) as Administrator
Ctrl + Shift + P > Enable Neon Dreams
Restart [Unsupported] is shown now.
no glow effect

Not working in code-insiders for mac M1 chip.

Shift>Command>P>Enter will Enable Neon Dreams on macOS 11.2.2

HOWEVER, your vsCode will be [Unsupported]

"Your Code installation appears to be corrupt. Please reinstall."

I'm referencing this issue as it worked for me on Ailyn theme which also uses glow effect. Hope it helps as a workaround

same issue. enabling Neon Dreams to get glow effect makes glow effect on but vs code shows a warning : "Your Code installation appears to be corrupt. Please reinstall."

VS Code FAQ says that possible reason may be "directly modify (patch) the VS Code product in such a way that is semi-permanent (until the next update) and this can cause hard to reproduce issues."
