Extension incompatible with Github Codespaces #229

This might have something to do with it installing the "Neon Dreams" thing? Maybe providing an extension with only the theme would help?

I think the problem is that this doesn't declare an extensionKind as UI, so if you're using the remoting framework and have restricted installs on the remote it won't work (we have this same issue at my company).
