Could WebStorm support this theme? #242

I like this theme very much in VSCode. so I also want it can be supported in WebStorm.

I don't use JetBrains products personally, but as far as I'm aware WebStorm doesn't support CSS colours in themes, which is how I was able to make the glow effect. I would imagine that the base theme without the glow could be ported though.

Thanks. I used it for a while which without the glow , I also love it. I also expect you to publish the theme without the glow.

Please @robb0wen, publish this Remarkable, Awesome, Amusing, Fantastic theme to WebStorm, because all themes available is not as great as SynthWave even without glow.
