• [x] In an embedded object of the type 'legislativeTerm', 'start_date' is used instead of StartDate
• [x] https://api.kleineanfragen.de/oparl/v1/body/hb/papers returns an error 500
• [x] modified_since doesn't seem to work: See e.g. https://api.kleineanfragen.de/oparl/v1/body/hb/organizations?modified_since=2525-11-09T17%3A55%3A16%2B01%3A00

You can easily reproduce those observations (and validate the API in general) by downloading oparl_cache.py alongside validate_examples.py with and running ./oparl_cache.py --entrypoint https://api.kleineanfragen.de/oparl/v1 --external-list-limit 100 --validate
