switched from iubenda to selfhosted html again. notes:

email-search-subscription stuff is gone (no more sendgrid, because it isn't enabled in prod anymore)
based on template from einfach-abmahnsicher, removed stuff about mobile identifier and especially usage for advertising. we don't do that.
