Can you tell me what type of internet connection you have, is it a normal wired where you have your own IP address or is it a shared IP address?
How many devices on your network are running Tunnelmole?
Just to rule out stale connections, can you send me the content of clientId
in the ~/.tmole.sh
folder and I'll see if there are any leftover connections on the server side?

ⓘ We know how useful it can be to run multiple tunnels at once, as you've just tried to do. However, as an anonymous user, you're limited to one tunnel at a time. To run multiple tunnels concurrently, you'll need to sign up for one of our inexpensive plans here: https://t.ly/TrtJz
However, I do not have any active connections running and restarting and reinstalling tunnelmole did not remediate this.
Shortly before receiving this error I had been faced with the error seen here, and waiting the recommended time of an hour as described in that discussion thread seemed to resolve.
With this new error, however, days have passed and I am continuing to face that error every time I attempt to run tunnelmole.
