Error Domain=kCFStreamErrorDomainNetDB Code=8 #472

Not able to figure out why this following error is coming.Could you please let us know the fixes or root cause? Error Domain=kCFStreamErrorDomainNetDB Code=8 "nodename nor servname provided, or not known" UserInfo=0x1b63b790 {NSLocalizedDescription=nodename nor servname provided, or not known}

A lot of people open issues and never come back to say they solved it/not interested anymore so was having a clean up :)

:) no problem. I am still facing this problem some times. I will update the thread once i get the exact scenario.

I tried to connect with domain name "xmppStreamDidDisconnect: withError" delegate called and the error was "nodename nor server name provided, or not known", But it is working fine when i give IPAddress.
