XEP-0013 Flexible Offline Messaging #825

Hi Are there any plans to implement Flexible Offline Messaging XEP (http://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0013.html) I'm trying to use that function , but I couldnt find the XEP in the framework. If there is no such plan, I can help to implement that functionality
