v2 again

i lost the plot on the current version 2. since i've created a homebrew formula pointing --HEAD to the seamstress-2 branch, i've functionally committed to keeping that branch in a working state but would like still to be able to work my way back up to the functionality on offer there.

currently nothing works :)

i'll update this PR with tasks and so forth soon.

since i'd like to maintain forward momentum on v2, here are some missing features before we can merge into the seamstress-2 branch:

• [ ] timers
• [ ] reading from a config file
• [ ] user scripts
• [ ] MIDI
• [ ] OSC
• [ ] TUI
• [ ] clocks

as of the time of this comment, seamstress is effectively a Lua REPL
