feat: add examples/hello_midi.lua #67

this PR adds examples/hello_midi.lua, which demonstrates a bit of seamstress's MIDI capabilities.

covers:

connection to connected MIDI devices
sending MIDI CC
sending MIDI notes
handling MIDI note off's
interpreting received MIDI messages
using musicutil for formatting
building a clickable UI button

here's a silly lil' demo.
