A neat feature would be to integrate https://github.com/google/google-authenticator-libpam

Perhaps I will do this...

The feature may belong in the Stouts.openvpn submodule. Then maybe the configuration variables would be broken out here for quick setup. Stouts.openvpn does a lot of the heavy lifting. popup-openvpn is a ton of glue that makes these VPNs fast and disposable.
