Messages created from topics that have since been deleted show blank subjects in the editor and table of contents #27

Describe the bug

When a custom topic is deleted, any clips that have previously used it will display a blank string for their title in the editor or message table of contents.

Expected behavior

The subject of a clip should persist even if the topic that it was based on is deleted.

Additional information

The title card image still contains the subject of the clip in graphical form. So it's still possible to view messages and record via the editor, but it's a very degraded experience

Fixed and tested locally. Will go out in the next deploy
