When a user visits a message using a mobile device that has a preference set for dark mode, the navigation text color is the same as the page background, rendering the text invisible. It's present on the page, but the user can't see it.
Steps To Reproduce
Using a mobile browser that has dark mode turned on, visit this page
Expand the "what's in this message" section
See that the navigation options are not visible
Expected behavior
The navigation options should be visible and accessible
