Customize messages settings on Account settings looks awkward on mobile #43

Describe the bug

The 'customize your messages' control on the account settings page scales down strangely on mobile. The thumbnails are so small they're unreadable. And the 'message background image' preview is sized incorrectly.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to /settings/account while logged in as an administrator on a mobile device
  2. Click on 'customize your messages' to expand the message settings.
  3. Observe the title card and background image previews

Expected behavior

Both thumbnails should be larger and more legible.

Cleaned up the styles so they look less broken.
