Emails can be entered without a top level domain #63

Describe the bug

Accounts can be created when missing a top-level domain (examples .com, .net). This is techically valid (example: user@localhost is a valid email address), but is generally incorrect in a public production environment.

Expected behavior

Emails should require a TLD as part of their validation check.
