Steps To Reproduce
Go to a clip page
Record a short clip, click 'done' when finished
Click 'Re-record', then click cancel
Observe that the original recording can still play, but it can't be uploaded.
Expected behavior
Either the original recording should be retained and be uploadable, or all video should be cleared out, similar to as if the cancel button was clicked during the original recording.
