Not Resizing to 1/4 or 1/2 only on left size

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Versions SVN app
2.format to the left side of the screen either full side or corner boxes
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Did not resize to 1/4 the size of the screen.  The toolbar width seems to be 
added.  This did not 
occur when being resized to the right.  It properly went to 1/4

What version of the product are you using?

1.2 

On what operating system( 10.5
or 10.6)?

10.6

Are you using a dual monitor?

Attach screenshots if it is a problem with the window position and size.

Actually It places the window off the screen when placed to the right... Not 
correctly sized.  As you can tell that 
you cannot see the add and delete button on the top right corner of the window 
in the second screenshot.

This is another issue with windows that have fixed/minimum sizes.
