Ability to resize windows to 2/3 of the screen #39

It would be nice to be able to resize windows to a certain percentage of the 
screen. For instance, a browser window to the left at 2/3 of the screen width 
and a debugger window to the right at 1/3.

Thanks for your work, this is really a kick-ass app !
