OAuth redirect not looking for HTTP_X_FORWARDED_PROTO #562

When running on Heroku, this causes user to get this:
error=redirect_uri_mismatch&error_description=redirect_uri%20must%20match%20conf
iguration

Need to detect HTTP_X_FORWARDED_PROTO and use HTTPS
